Downtown Philly Cheese Steak

The food was amazing. The driver was horrible. He not only couldn't find our appartment after I wrote a very descriptive way to get to our house. We spent 10 minutes on the phone with him arguing about where we lived. He was very rude while we're were explaining how to get up to our apt.We literally had to go down to find him. As that was happening he called and was saying that we needed to hurry up because he had another order to pick up. I've never had the experience with this company before. I am very upset and disappointed in this driver. It makes me not want to use grub hub again.

Taylor delivered my order & was super awesome! The food was very hot & the order was on point. He got here so fast, that when he called to let me know, I didn't think it was him! I kinda gave him a hard time because of that. (I thought he was someone else)! LOL But he was a great sport! I felt so bad! Very sweet young man

This was my first time using Grub Hub and eating at Downtown Philly and I was so pleased on both accounts. They made it so easy for my family to have a hot meal after a hard day without having to lift a finger. Well, I did ; p
I am using Grub hub again tonight and will continue to!

The deluxe cheeseburger + fries was so PERFECT! I requested my fries extra crispy and they did it. I'd totally order from here again. My delivery guy was really nice too, even though the gps sent him to a different place at first. Overall, great experience!

OMG! :o It was big! :D When I order from them, I thought they going to be skimpy on the lettuce but nope! They stuff the hoagie with lots of everything! :) I will order from them again. If the owner or manager reading this, thanks for excellent meal! :)

Always fast and delicious. We love this place! Also, I'm from Philly and this is the closest I've found to a real cheesesteak in Southern California.
